Due to the nature of our products we do not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.
If you would like to return an item please ensure the items meet the below terms and conditions and contact us at skinsandthings1@internode.on.net to provide the reason for return.
If your product is faulty, we are happy to accept an exchange upon approved inspection of the item within 14 days of purchase provided that the item is returned in its original condition (as sold) unworn, and with all packaging and labels intact.
In the event your garment does not fit, please contact us to exchange for an alternative size.
The cost of shipping a returned item to Skins & Things Pty Ltd is the responsibility and cost of the purchaser and will not be reimbursed. Please ensure all items are sent with signature on delivery. Any items we send back to you will be done so free of charge.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON JEWELLERY OR SALE ITEMS UNLESS FAULTY.
Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders. All packages are sent with Australia Post.
All handbag and clothing orders require a signature on delivery, we recommend you ship to an address where someone is able to receive delivery between standard Australia Post delivery times for your area. If delivering to a business please ensure the business name is specified in the address field upon checkout. If no one is available to sign for the delivery an attempted delivery card will be left and your parcel will be redirected to your local post office for collection.
Please note that we cannot change the delivery address once the items have been dispatched. We dispatch daily on weekdays excluding public holidays.
We do not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit or not received.
We ship Australia wide. International shipping is not currently available.
